How It Works

You Book It

Select a dish on our website and we deliver to you all the ingredients you need to cook this dish. All you need at home is olive oil, salt and pepper. We also list the tools (pots and pans etc.) you will need.
We provide you with nutritional and allergy information and give you a wine and a music recommendation.

Choose which day you’d like to get your Dinnr bag delivered. Our "Theme of the Week" dishes can be ordered before 6pm for same-day delivery in our central London postcodes, Monday-Saturday. Order before 10am the previous day for deliveries in England where we deliver Tue-Fri. 

We Bring It

In our Central London postcodes, we deliver Monday-Saturday 3-9pm. You can choose between three time windows: 3-6pm, 5-7pm and 7-9pm. 

In the rest of England, we deliver Tue-Fri 9am-5:30pm. We can't give any more specific time window (but we're working on it). We need to ask for your order before 10am the previous day (for Theme of the Week dishes) or 10am two days before (Dinnr Favourites)

We recommend you order your Dinnr bag to your workplace so that you can start cooking straight away when you come home that evening. The bag comes with an ice pack to keep sensitive items chilled. In London, you should aim to get back home by 8:45pm to maximize freshness.

You Cook It

Everything you need (except olive oil, salt and pepper) is in your Dinnr bag. You will also find precise instructions for cooking the dish. These instructions assume very little prior knowledge and are packed with great cooking tips. We use pictures to explain trickier procedures such as butterflying chicken or crushing garlic with a knife. Even a cooking novice can easily prepare any of our dishes.
